Deep Dive 1:1 Therapeutic Program (3–4 Months) – Terms & Cancellation Ainú Holistic Therapy – ainuinfo@gmx.com Notice of Cancellation By enrolling, the participant expressly agrees that the service may begin before the end of the statutory withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may be limited once the program has started. All requests for cancellation or withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email. Participation involves therapeutic preparation, energetic commitment, and reserved session time beginning upon enrollment. Three (3) Business Day Right of Withdrawal Participants who cancel within three (3) business days after signing the agreement are entitled to a full refund of all payments made. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of written notice. Cancellation After Withdrawal Period and Before Program Start • More than two (2) months before start: no cancellation fee; full refund. • Between two (2) months and one (1) month: 20% cancellation fee retained. • Between one (1) month and fourteen (14) working days: 50% cancellation fee retained. • Less than fourteen (14) working days: full program fee payable; no refund. Cancellation After Program Has Started Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of attendance, session completion, or payment plan status. Special Circumstances In cases of serious illness, accident, death in the family, or other exceptional life circumstances, Ainú Holistic Therapy may, at its discretion, offer a reasonable and fair partial refund. Code of Conduct No refunds will be granted if a participant is removed from the program due to violation of the Code of Conduct, including harassment, bullying, or other disruptive, unethical, or inappropriate behavior. Bookings and Rescheduling • Early Bookings: Sessions may be scheduled no more than two (2) months in advance, subject to availability. • Late Bookings: Enrollment and session booking must be completed at least fourteen (14) days before the first scheduled session. Requests after this may be declined. • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice via email (Sunday and Monday excl.). Requests made less than 48 hours may be declined or considered delivered. Each session may be rescheduled once, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rescheduled sessions are subject to therapist availability.
